On 02/04/2016, at 1551 hours I Deputy R. Dean Hildebrand responded to 51 Wood Creek Road on a civil standby. I was advised I was to meet the complainant Greg Hughes at the intersection of Boulder Frontage Road and Amazon Road. Upon arrival I spoke to Greg Hughes and Craig French. French stated he had been asked by the owner (Steve Franks) to go to the house that had been vacated by the previous renters Tinisha and Joseph Paschal. He was to check the residence and make a quote to remodel the house and change the locks on the house.
I was told by the complainant Greg Hughes he was going to the house and look at it so he could make an offer on the house. Hughes stated he wanted me to Standby because he had previous problems with the Paschal’s. I told the complainant if the Paschals came to the house I would ask them to leave. I followed the complaint and French to the residence. I saw no other vehicles around the house or property.
French and Hughes entered the open house and started inspecting the house. I entered the house and saw it appeared to be empty. French and Hughes and I went through the house and found a large old TV in a down stairs bedroom. We went to the

I asked French what were the things he had to do before he could leave. He stated he needed to take measurements of the rooms and check windows and general condition of the home so he could give Franks a bid on repairs. While in the house French was on the phone with the owner and I asked to speak to him. I asked Franks if both French and Hughes had permit ion to be at the house, he told me French and Hughes did have permission to be there. Franks continued to tell me about the history with the Paschals. I told him that Law Enforcement was not going get involved with the civil aspect. Franks stated he had talked to Civil Officer Jerry Goodwin and he knew what was going on with the Paschals. With the complainants agreement I left to go back on
