Who do you think you are?One’s identity can be influenced by many factors.Two factors that contribute positively and negatively to one’s identity are family and friends.

Family plays an important role in one’s life.In the book,Wonder,the main character has a supportive loving family that wants the best for him.August was borned deformed and has many struggle but his family loves him and helps him.This is important because August might encounter mean people but he will always know he’s loved because his family loves him.Also in the book,Wonder,August’s sister,Via,didn’t want August to go to her school play.Via didn’t want her friends to know that she had a deformed brother,she was ashamed.This is important because August could start seeing …show more content…
