Women´s Salaries Or Women's Paid?

There is a variety of reasons that men’s salaries differ so greatly compared to women’s salaries, therefore there have been many different studies done to help us better understand. Women in the higher level management jobs tend to make a third less than what men make. The biggest reason for this wage gap is because men tend to be employed in larger company jobs that have chances for promotional opportunities while women tend to be involve in the smaller job companies without much of a chance for improvement. Another reason is because of performance reviews, women tend to not get as high of performance reviews from peers and advisors. There are many different groups who have been studying the different factors that lead to wage gaps.
