The conflict between religious freedom and women's rights is a conflict within itself. For those who are supporting religious freedom, they are identified as against women's rights, against the historical change that is occurring in the feminine culture. But then there are the ones who are supporting women’s right, they are being identified as against the religion; the fundamental aspects of what most people view of the world.
Women’s Rights, is a movement through advocacy, and public education. Women’s Rights movement fights for the right change and reform the institutions that continue discriminate against women, focusing its work in the areas of employment, violence against women, and education. There are laws and policies in workplaces that exclude women from certain job divisions and also allows them to be forced out of the workplace if they become pregnant. Then upon returning to work after a baby causes strain on a women’s income and economic security.

Meaning the right protects the believer, not the belief. Those fight for there religious freedoms, don’t want their beliefs and traditions to be taken away. Or for society to make them feel as if they are bad people for living their life according to their religion.
