Women's Paycheck Fairness Act

The Paycheck Fairness Act is one example of a public policy error. This is supposed to help the Equal Pay Act of 1963 to ensure that employers give fair wages to everyone. This act is to ensure that employers do not discriminate based on sex. Despite of this, women still earn just 79 cents while men make a dollar on average. Moreover, women of color like Non-Hispanic Black and Hispanic get less than all women workers. Even though there is an Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, it is not enough to monitor if businesses are paying their employees equally. This is not enough tool to help workers, especially women, have equal pay. Hispanics and African-American women don’t even get the same amount of wage compare to other women. This pay
