Women are also sexist in its own ways for instance, women talk and make joke about things that women find man to be doing wrong, which most of the comment are stereotype women make. There is sexism comment about male looks and behavior at home that women find it laughable and share these comment among other fellow female friend. In fact, women will just need to accept the fact that there is gender different or superiority, which women are superior at home and their role is better at taking care of kids to doing kitchen works than in the workforce. For instance, men or women both can be better at home or work, but use the gender different to judge and separated role into thinking that one gender can only be better at somethings while the other is not. For instance, women are better at taking care of home and kids while men are believing to be better at working outside when in fact gender does not matter, men and women can be better at home and work. These kind of stereotype is also influence by biology, the fact that men and women have different character and physical, such as women can give birth to breastfeeding or have hormone that is different than man. Which this kind of biology differences is seem to be contribute to effect the behavior the child that women are better suit at raise kids and this kind of contradiction are trying to separated gender. So, if women want equal at work then men need equality at home because as women were homemakers, confident and capable in their own sphere, like home, men were too at their work. However, if a woman wants to be superwomen then it her choice, but as author state “Real equality means equality at home just as much as at work. It means a whole new domestic order.” Women were so into believing that we better than men at home because they believe in their multitasking skill and it’s true that women are better at multitasking in about everything in our daily life. However, it’s not that women are better than men because a single man can still raise good and successful kids than a single mom, which show that women need to let go and allow men into their sphere of caregivers to solve this stereotype of gender differences. Which women need to learned to let go all their assumption, bias, and expectation of men, their self or others and allow other, especially men to contribute in and maybe women too will be treated the same in the men work world.
