Women in combat. 1% useful. Do not fix what is not broken; men have been fighting for thousands of years without a female counterpart and there has been no issue. Women in combat are less sufficient, in turn reducing the efficiency of their male counterparts. Women are naturally weaker to men, both physically and emotionally. There is no reason to have soldiers that lack strength and courage, which are replaced with compassion and empathy. Women are not needed in the front lines facing the ultimatum of kill or be killed. As the majority of male soldiers will agree, women should stay out of combat and in the rear with the gear.
Housing the men and women together would be awful. In combat training men live together in the barracks to form a

Women should have the right to do anything that a man can do. If women are able to pass the qualifications then they should have the right to join. Some will say that gender should not define ability or roles in society.
However, there are things that each gender should not do. For women this is war. In the majority of situations, I would agree that women and men should be on equal grounds. If they bring back the draft, women would be screwed. Beauty queen Sally is now an 0311. She gets to watch her friends be killed with her own eyes, how delightful. Now, women pms every month, it’s a fact. They require extra medical supplies such as pills to keep them in peak condition. Women also require to shower more with more water. More taxes for you, pile them on. There is no reason to have women in the military. They would hinder the effectiveness of the platoons either by slowing them down, requiring aid from others, or even getting pregnant before deployment in order to avoid deployment. The rates of rape within the Marines would increase as would beatings. Strength may be in numbers, but if those numbers can’t fall in line, who will be able to keep

Remember when segregation was an issue? Remember when sexism were an issue? I do, and that issue is still going on today. “Why Marines, Unlike Army and Navy, Are So Against Women in Combat” by Anna Malrine speaks of the injustice and sexist attitudes portrayed by the Marin Corps in recent discussions. Malrine is honest when she speaks of the wrongful attitudes toward women in this article, women in combat could help our marines not hurt them, women can help have a different mindset, open up areas that men can not fit in, and work with the women of the world.…

The women who argue to be able to serve in combat are not acknowledging the danger it puts themselves and the United States Military in. In the article,“Why Women Do Not Belong in the U.S Infantry.”, Serrano expresses that if they allowed women to serve in combat during her service in the military, anyone including herself would have jumped at the opportunity because of the novelty, excitement, and challenge; but, her views have changed with the experience and knowledge she has gained. Everyone needs to accept the fact that women are different, not only physically, but all around. It will only destroy the mission of the services (Para. 1). Also, allowing women to serve in infantry will cause enormous amounts of distractions.…

They are too sensitive at times, distracting, and they give birth to the children. These are only a few of the arguments used to justify why women would not be as useful in the army. Men use war to prove how masculine they are and by adding women to the equation it would make it harder for them to do that. Even women being nurses during war wasn’t acceptable at first, until all the male nurses were called to fight in war. (Paul Schue Lecture).…

Women in combat. It has recently sparked a debate on whether women should be allowed in combat or not. In my opinion, women shouldn’t be allowed in combat because they are too emotional to handle the long periods of time of being on tour, they aren’t physically built like men, and there would be too many problems with having men and women living together. Women are way too emotional to withstand being in combat. They wouldn’t be able to handle the 100+ degree temperatures, the stress of being away from their families for long periods of time, and they wouldn’t be able to handle being shot at all the time.…
