Why Women Earn Less Than Men Essay

In my essay, I want to address the fact on why women still continue to earn less than men do?Women’s rights have always been a major subject of discussion over the last 100 years or more in society. Women have always had less advantages or wages in every culture, due to the fact that they simply are viewed “less than” a man, or society as a whole, but what most people don’t realize, is that they make up our society as well. Before writing this essay, I analyzed how women are treated on a day to day basis and used that as an inspiration to make valid points on how women are under men in the workforce. While interviewing a friend that has been in a higher position than men, she showed me the inside story on how woman are treated. The study tested that women are still arguing and fighting for equality in society, but especially in the workforce. As a woman myself, I find it very important that women have equality, but that others are educated on the subject as well.
