“Why Women Should Not Stay at Home and be the House Wife”

Now a day, many women in our modern generation are stepping out and having their career. I wonder if you are aware, most women they always sacrifices when it comes to work or parenting. Is it always got to be like this? Why women always should be authorized to stay at home and take care of the children and be the housewife?
President Obama made a headline in the year 2014 with what he said: “Just Say No to Stay-at-home Moms”. With what Obama said, what do you think about if women having a career, managing a home and being financially independent?

Conclusion
Do you want to be a woman with a university education but never made anything out of your life and just be a housewife? No!
Every woman should do what she wants to do as an individual. It should not be made into a trend in society or be the only right thing to do in the world. I’m saying that is because women have their own choice, she is free to do what she wants.
If there is an economic need, or if she has a passion for working, she can go for it. I believe you have known that everyone have the freedom to choose. But let us not set up this value in the world.
Before I end my speech, allow me show the word of what Obama said: “Sometimes, someone, usually Mom, leaves the workplace to stay at home with the kids, which then leaves her earning a lower wage for the rest of her life as a result. That’s not a choice we want to make.”

Why I choose this topic is because, I curious when it come to take care of child why always women will be the one who always scarify her job to raise their child even she is university educate. Why can’t be man to stay at home? This is simplistic social, cultural and racial stereotypes especially Asian country. For them if man who the one to stay at home and raise the children will be a sense of shame. That’s the point I can’t get it. If women have the passion for being a housewife, you can go for it, if not then choose what you want to be, follow your heart.
As what Elizabeth Cady said “The best protection any woman can have … is courage”. Yes women should have courage to voice out what they really need, they should not follow the social think what they should
