On January 10, 2017, I, Officer LESSANE, responded to 1030 Ribuat Road Lot 6, in reference to a domestic between a male and a female subject. Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, SOFIA CHAVEZ, who provided me with the following information.

Interview with complainant/victim: (SOFIA CHAVEZ)

CHAVEZ stated on the above listed date, she came home from work and waited for her boyfriend (VICTOR CHAVEZ-CRUZ) to bring her 3 year old son (ALEXANDER CHAVEZ-CRUZ) home. CHAVEZ stated when CRUZ arrived home, he began an argument with her accusing her of cheating on him with another male. CHAVEZ stated she informed CRUZ that she cheated on him because he have cheated on her in the past and she never mention nor said anything to him about the situation. She stated when she responded back to CRUZ, he got angry and out of control. She stated CRUZ started throwing items in the residence. CHAVEZ stated she attempted to separate herself from CRUZ by going in her bedroom and locking the bedroom door. She stated CRUZ came

I gathered the above listed statement in regards to the above listed incident type. I gathered the pertinent information needed to complete this report. While inside the residence, I observe the bedroom door damage and broken off the hinges. I walked into the bedroom and observed a black Toshiba flat screen TV screen broken. While looking around the bedroom, I noticed the bed was messed up. The cover and sheets were out of place and the pillows was thrown in several different location. It appeared a struggle may possible have taken place on the bed. While interviewing the victim, I noticed her right wrist was swollen. I also noticed the victim was emotionally upset, which she constantly vomit several times in Law Enforcement present. I did not observe any glass on the floor due to the victim picking it up before Law Enforcement
