In this society, women and war have been known to have little in common. Women are usually connected with nurturing and being kind-hearted rather than demolishing life. When it comes to enlisting into the military, women do still have the opportunity to join and according to protocol; women are not officially allowed to fight alongside the male soldier’s side. Many individuals today think that women have a lack of aggressiveness, and because of that there could be an outcome of the women soldiers being raped. It is also still being argued that this is an equal rights issue; that female soldiers should be allowed into the same ranks simply because men are allowed. The Female Engagement Teams helps prove that modern warfare is starting to change the role of women in combat today. In the Army, a numerous number of women have learned to take action of many different responsibilities, however due to the absence of a working structure of liability, or proper teaching, or of actual assessment, there is no chance in FET learning in the military.
