Women on the home front is the most significant event that happened during World War one because all of the women that were related to the men or boys that were at war help out in the workforce. After the war ended, the women were given a lot more rights, this made them more independent as people. After the war, women weren’t just going to go back to working at home and as caregivers, they started working with the men in factories and in other different types of workforces. The women who would be helping out in the war were usually wives of the soldiers fighting or any woman who just wanted to help out in the war effort.
