Women And Unequal Pay

Millennial women make up 40 percent of the workforce, and they are earning noticeably less than men are. In 2015, the NWLC reported that “Women in the U.S. who work full time, year round are paid only 80 cents for every dollar paid to men .”
In 1963, John F. Kennedy signed the Equal Pay Act that consists of a concept that says that both genders must be paid equally if they work in the same place. After 50 years, this law has yet to be touched since it was first signed, it lacks the power and efficiency to suppress any unequal pay (NWLC).
As for today, women all along the continents are dealing with a long known crisis known as, unequal pay. For most women this is a main concern.
