World War II was a trying time for many people, fighting, in factories, and even at home.In fact people were not the only ones suffering, during the war many animals valiently gave their lives for there human companions and compatriots.Of these, at the forefront was mans best friend, the dog. These four legged friends ,fought,found, and ferried messages to soldiers on all of the warfronts. Dogs also helped save many soldiers from mustard gas during both WWI & WWII.
