Employees are expected to always follow the company’s electronic communication policy without exception, it offers a clear understanding as to what is appropriate and inappropriate use of relevant communication tools provided by the organization) explain to employees that the electronic communications are owned by the company and how that relates to their usage and explain that the company does not tolerate personal cell phone use in the workplace, notify employees which forms of communication are monitored and how. Personal Use of Electronic Communication Systems and Passwords
Wilson Brothers Limited does not allow ANY personal usage of emails/internet/smartphones. Sending junk mail, jokes, or chain letters is prohibited at all times. Idling surfing or browsing the internet is prohibited and is idle chatter on the company intranet platform.
Passwords are to have a combination of numbers, words and characters for security purposes. Similarly it is expected that once you have been assigned an email account you keep the password/access confidential and known only by yourself.
