During my visit, I met with the manager, Melvin Torres Gonzales. We spoke briefly in regards to the participants who are placed at this work site. Some participants did not show up to work, so he is expecting them during week 2 of the program. I plan on calling those participants to make sure they are still interested in the WLG program. I collected timesheets for week one and had the opportunity to observe the work site. I noticed everything was kept in order. The work site was clean, safe and well-supervised by multiple managers and coordinators. This facility also had accessible emergency exits which were clear and accessible. Overall, I was able to conclude that this work site follows DYCD’s rules and regulations.
