In chapter 5, I learned that as a Christian I believe Christ truly died and truly rose from the dead. (p. 127) Which is super important because that is the core of my faith, it makes me who I am today, it is truly amazing! “Without the Resurrection, there would have been no redemption; without the Resurrection of Christ, we would have had no resurrection of our own to anticipate; without the Resurrection of Christ, there would have been no victory over sin and death, and all of humanity would have remained in bondage to sin.” (p. 127) Basically, without Jesus’ sacrifice for all of mankind, there would be no point, but he did!
