How have you been?" I greeted him. He said nothing, but simply sat down into the car. The car ride was completely silent. As we arrived home, he finally answered me. "What's wrong?" I questioned. I had never seen Christopher Robin so angry and frustrated in my entire life. "You want to know what's wrong, Dad? You ruined my life, that's what's wrong! I went to boarding school, against my will, and I was the laughing stock of the entire school. Everyone had the book, Dad. I was laughed at for being in the book, and there was nothing I could do. Everyone had pictures of me when I was a boy, and that was the most embarrassing thing I have ever had to deal with. You wouldn't let me have a normal childhood, you just had to ruin everything. Milne’s ‘Winnie the Pooh and Beatrix Potter’ Stories) I gaze from my window to see a slight rustle in the conifers, picking up my binoculars with curiosity I notice a wood pigeon fluttering about; my imagination gets the better of me, thoughts rolled into a story. I don’t believe in happy endings; but I will try and write something with a good end to it and no better way can a story be brought to life than through the antics of wood pigeons. When I would take a shower she would be sitting outside the shower and reading in her own little language. Writing was never my favorite thing when I was little.…
