On 11/14/15, at approximately 1600 hrs, R/P Lovell-Moore, Caroline walked into the station and requested a theft report for the business she works for.

The R/P stated she works for (Wilshire Wigs) located at 5241 Craner Ave. On today's date at approximately 1430 hrs, a repeate custmore whom she knows (Susp-1 Kaufman, Eva) entered the business accompanied by another female (Susp-2).

R/P stated that Susp-1 is completely bald, but she was wearing a wig with a red bandana wrapped around when she walked in. Susp-1 and 2 selected two wigs from the display case, and entered the fitting rooms.

R/P stated she observed Susp-2 walkout and placed two wigs on the counter where Wit-1 was standing. Susp-2 Stated " Can I leave this here." then walked torwards the front door.
