Wilmington University Application Essay

I choose to apply to Wilmington University in order to continue my education for many reasons. A few of these reasons being affordable tuition, convenient location and flexible course options. As a full time mother and employee, all of these reasons are extremely important when looking for the right school for me and my family. Since I received my A. A. in Psychology at Burlington County College I have been informed of the option to attend Wilmington University, to continue with obtaining my B.A. in Behavioral Science, while on campus. The fact that your school allows someone like me to continue my education while still being able to maintain a family and a full time job is optimal.
As a single mother of two, I have had to hold tight to any of the income that I am able to earn in order to properly care for my children. With that being said, the thought of paying for a four year college has been daunting. Luckily, I have found that Burlington County College and its partnership with Wilmington University have provided me the opportunity to continue on my path of providing a better future for my family without breaking the bank. As a result of this partnership, I can take two courses a semester for at least $1000 less then I would have to pay for the same two courses at a

Even though many colleges offer online courses nowadays, I would have to travel too far of a distance for any of my administrative needs. The fact that I can continue to travel 15 minutes for any of these needs has weighed heavily on my decision to apply at Wilmington University. Not only does a lengthy travel time waste much needed funds but it takes away too much time that I could be spending with my growing family. The location of Wilmington University at Burlington County College is not only familiar but it allows for me to take full advantage of your flexible course
