For example the relationship between the lead characters and their fathers. Nishi is a son which is forgotten when the bosses of his father ask him to marry another woman to advance his position. While Hamlet is the legitimate son of old Hamlet. The relationship which Hamlet build with his father is not discussed throughout the play, but it seems as if were strong due to the troubles which hamlet goes through to avenge him. Nishi and his father had a relationship built on lies; Nishi believed that his fathers were dead while his true father was the individuals which he called “uncle.”
In the film Nishi becomes someone else in order to wed the daughter of the vice president. This is not exactly what Hamlet does, but it can be compared, Hamlet either acts as is he were crazy or become mad due to the revenge plot. Both of the characters ' evolve characters which are not like themselves in order to be able to go through their schemes.
The film resolutions are also very different. In Hamlet most of the main characters die due to the characters desire for revenge and all the conspires within the play. However, in the film the individuals who die are Nishi and Wada, one of the accomplices of the Public Corporation, and another accomplice.
