The life of Shakespeare is still a big deal today. Scientists to this day, still try to solve the mysteries of Shakespeare life. Were his plays written by someone else, but given the great name of Shakespeare? Shakespeare’s life is based on the theories and guess work.
Shakespeare’s birthday is known to be around April 23, 1564, in Stratford. Out of seven siblings only four grew to adulthood. Shakespeare was obvious one of the lucky four to survive. His sister Joan was the first child and she only survived two months from birth. Margaret was the second child and she died one year later from birth. William was the third and he lived to be 52, the second longest alive of all eight children. Next was Gilbert, he was 46 when he passed and he was the fourth child. Another daughter of the name of Joan, was the fifth child and lived to be the longest living sibling out of eight children. She died at 77. The sixth child was Anne, and she died at eight years old. Richard was the seventh child lived to be 39 before he died. The eighth child was Edmund, and he died at the age of 27. Since the actual dates of Shakespeare’s siblings death not formally registered, all of the dates are not precise.

Anne was currently pregnant with her first child, Susanna, when they married. Anne was 26, while William was 18 when they married and moved to Shakespeare hometown in Stratford. Later in their marriage in the 1585, they had twins, which were named Judith and Hamnet. Even with his family in Stratford, Shakespeare worked in London. He was pursuing a theater career and did not have any other options to work in London. Hamnet later died on 1596 when he was 11. He was Shakespeare’s only son.
