This quote was said by Robin Williams because he firmly believed that people can change anything they put their minds to, no matter how hard. Robin Williams was born July 21st, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois. Robin Williams is the father of three, a comedian and an actor. He stared and guess appeared in many movies and tv shows. Robin’s net worth was between $50 - $100 million. Despite being so successful, Williams commited suicide August 11th, 2014 at the age of 63. Robin Williams was one of the most captivating entertainers of all time due to his diverse acting success, his life-long addiction, and his unexpected suicide. All everyone wanted to know is why Robin Williams would take his life. On August 11th 2014, Robin Williams was found hanging in his home. Williams hung himself in the bedroom closet with a leather belt stuck between the door frame and the door. That August morning Williams wife, Susan Schneider, did not check on him before she left for work because they slept in different room that night and she thought he was still sleeping. Later on in the morning, Williams assistant cme to his home after he failed to answer his phone and found him dead in his closet. Robin died due to asphyxia, or suffocation. His assistant found him a while after he died because Williams was “Cold to the touch” (Puente). The medical examiner found cuts on the inside of his left wrist and a pocket knife was found near his body. The cuts are believed to be from self harm due to Robin Williams suffering from depression, which he had a battle with for years. Williams also suffered from Lewy Body Dementia and was told it was going to get hard to remember things. Robin’s wife, Susan, said this disease killed him. Robin was losing his memory and he knew it but couldn’t do anything about it so it drove him crazy trying to stop it.
