William Griggs expresses his opinion through his claim reasons and warrants in his article. Griggs big claim for his entire article is "Rape Does Not Justify Abortion." His reasons for that are God given children are miracles. If God has given a woman a child then that alone is a miracle, because some woman can never have children.
