In “The Lord of the Flies” By William Golding Ralph is the best leader because he is Smart, Strong, and, Cunning. Through out the book Ralph faced many challenges on the island with the environment and the people around him.
Ralph is a good leader because he take initiative and wants to be rescued. Ralph called an assembly and laid down the rules and jobs everyone needs to follow. Ralph’s main priority was to keep a fire, build a shelter and have water and food. A good leader keeps his followers alive and cares about them.
Ralph has his mindset set on keeping everyone alive and getting rescued, and takes into consideration how it will effect other people. He also can adapt to different situation such as the beast
