Good Morning,

Melissa is a great processor/LOA who work for a top producer at Cherry Creek Mortgage. She supports Portia Noel closing 85mm in 2016. Melissa is compensated on both her support with clients and the loans as well as her processing the loans.

She receives a per loan bonus of 150-250 a file, based on total units.
1-5 units =150$ a file
6+ = 250$ a file.

Melissa also receives a base salary of 50k a yr.

In 2016 Melissa earned 130K.

Melissa is a licensed LOA.
