You stated that the spiritual and family elements are very important to you and I have to say that I too feel that these are very important. I know that as long as we have God and our family, we can make it through anything. You also stated that exercise would be very beneficial. I must say that I agree with that too. Hello Greg, I hope that you are doing well. It sounds to me like you have a great plan in place for overcoming your obstacles. Remaining connected to God is very beneficial to the well being of each and every one of us. We can do all things through Christ. You also mentioned trying to live healthier, being healthy has many benefits that can improve the quality of life. I used to be in great shape and I feel like I had less stress then. I am going to try to find more time to work out. From my time as a marine, up until a few months ago, I worked out at least three times a week.
