Out of all these leaders. Will Smith is the most influential
Will Smith said, “Don't chase people. Be yourself, do your own thinking and work hard. The right people-the ones that belong in your life-will come to you and stay. He is telling the truth like he's telling people that they should not follow others and be themselves and don't let others control their life. He inspires teen agers to be themselves and do what makes them happy but don't let others control their life to be “cool.”

“Stop let people who do so little for you control so much of your mind, fillings and emotions.” This quote can inspire everyone because it’s saying don’t let people that don’t care about them in to their life. Keep the others people that will lift others

As we all go through life we will all undoubtedly be faced with circumstances that will make us gush with happiness, circumstances that will make us cry from the pits of our souls, and circumstances that will make us want to scream from the highest peak of the mountains. And during all these circumstances many people find themselves awash and looking for wisdom. Wisdom from individuals who have, for instance, already conquered life themselves. For me when I am in one of these situations I look for wisdom from one of my longtime heroes Dr. Martin Luther King jr.…

Chapter One: “... but people aren't meant to be overly bright in everything.” (15) I selected this quote because it states something I need to keep in mind sometimes. I get extremely frustrated if I do not pick up on something right away or not at all; like origami or some math concepts. At the end of the day, it does not matter if someone excels at everything they do; what matters is that someone tried their best at everything they did. Chapter Two: “There’s nothing like a song about lost love to remind you how everything precious can slip from the hinges where you've hung it so careful.”…

This quote resonates with me because, I have experienced what kind words can do. Kind words can bring courage, strength and bravery to someone at their lowest point. Saying words like, “You can do it, I believe in you and you are awesome”, help to build a person up and will stick with them forever. Hearing words of encouragement like this have kept me here at DePauw and have kept me going when I wanted to quit.…

“Throw me to the wolves and I will return leading the pack” Unknown I can relate to this quote because it’s just like when someone is being mean to you, and about that you learn something that you are much strong then they say you aren't, but when they come back to say something you are much stronger and you can handle them. Also why I chose this quote because it’s like you are proving someone wrong like you can do it when someone is saying you can’t do it. Another reason why I chose this quote is because it is worded very nicely and it gives the meaning of what it means away when you understand the concept if this quote. I think this quote means that you can handle…

The quote written above is a quote that I live by everyday because I feel that quote is what life is all about. The quote makes me think that everything in your life happens for a reason (having a purpose), you eventually grow in life from "good things fall apart so better things can fall together" (Monroe), "people change" (Monroe), and "learn(ing) to let go" (Monroe). This quote also motivates me because it is helping understand my past and what could happen in the future. But my two favorite part of the quote is when Marylin Monroe said "sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together" (Monroe) because that is what life is all but making mistake, learning from them, and making your life better. Also it reminds me that…

In the book To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee there are many quotes. The quote “you never really understand a person until you consider things from their point of view, until you climb into his skin and walk around in it” sticks out the most. The thing that makes it stick out the most is about how true it is. In our generation we usually judge people by the way they look or dress but will never get to know them. Some other quotes similar to this quote are “ i had to put ourselves in her shoes and it was a honest mistake”,”people generally see what they look for and hear what they listen for.…
