Our product is a board game. We decided to make the game to appeal to young children and teach them the importance of wilderness navigation. Our board game gives you challenges to overcome if you are stranded by yourself and you don’t have a map or compass in handy. The topics used in the board game are “using man made navigation”, “using the sky”,and ”using the landscape”. The topics help you think of what to do in fatal situations.

The sun is a great reference for direction as it always follows a constant path. As you know, the sun always rises in the east and sets in the west. In summer it drifts a little to the north rising in the north-east and setting in the north-west. In the winter it drifts a little south rising in the south east and setting in the south west.
