As we all know that solving the wicked problem is not an easy thing to do and some people think it is impossible to solve it. Therefore, the contribution of artist to solve the wicked problem is highly significance. Through art, it can increases peoples’ attention toward the wicked problem and that means it can help spread the news about the wicked problem. There are several artist that are contributing to spread information about the wicked problem, such as Jon Rubin, Isuma Productions, Laurie Anderson and Mohammed El Gharani, and also Abounaddara. But, knowing the real situation is not an easy thing to know these days. People thought that they know exactly what happen because they watch the news. But some people believes that the news is bias. This is the role of an artist, we are needed to spread the real story though a first person. This is what Jon Rubin trying to do by making the conflict kitchen. Not just him, the Abounaddara also trying to avoid the highly exaggerated news about the wicked problem. Abounaddara means a man with a glasses, they chose to name it Abounaddara because people in Arab are identified by their professions. The aim of this project is to spreading the information about what actually happen in Syria by interviewing people from different perspective. By showing this documentary, people can know more than the revolution-turned-war. They also know more information from the perspective of the campers, rebels and also the regime. In this documentary, they wanted to focus on the shared of humanity. Laurie Anderson also did a first person interview with Mohammed El Gharani, to spread the information about Mohammed’s life that related to assaulting his humanity. Anderson made a huge chair and projected Mohammed to that chair, the visitor can directly know that this is similar to the Abraham Lincoln statue in Washington DC.
