Did you know that people who smoke can spend over $9,000 a year on cigarettes. A couple reasons why you should not smoke are Smoking damages your health, costs a lot of money to maintain and is a health hazard to your friends and family. Theses are only some of the many reasons why you shouldn't smoke.

First I will be telling you about how smoking damages your health. Smoking damages your health by rising the person's blood pressure which puts stress on the heart.Stress on a person's heart can lead to an heart attack. Another way smoking damages your heart is it causes hearing loss, blindness, cavities, and can make your skin dry.Smoking also turns your lungs black. These are ways smoking damages your health.
