Why I Like Winter Essay

My favorite season is winter the reason why I like winter is because it’s cold out and it snows. Winter is fun because when its snows us kids get out of school and get to go outside hang out with friends and play on four wheelers and sleds. If you don’t like the cold you can stay inside and rap up in blankets and watch movies. Winter is the best time to drink hot chocolate it keeps you warm and it so well, and the snow on the trees looks beautiful. Winter is a time for Christmas and lots of people have tons of fun. The funny things about winter is when you go outside with your dogs and they play in the snow once my dog got stuck in the snow and it couldn’t move I had to go outside and pick him up. Winter is also dangerous the rain or water on the roads can freeze and when it freezes it makes it hard for cars to drive because they slide and get into accidents.
Winter has its ups and downs sometimes it snows sometimes it doesn’t but it always turns out to being really fun. My parents usually don’t let me go hang out with friends outside but when winter comes around and it snows they let me I got to my friend’s house and get on the 4 wheeler. Last winter I got a snow ball and we made a snow ball that was bigger than me and my friend it had to weigh about 500 bounds because we couldn’t roll it any more. One we were done we carved it into a chair that had a cup hold for our hot chocolate. The snow ball lasted for weeks. Every day we didn’t have school cause of snow we hung out with our friends we have so much fun sometime we will take the trucks off of a snow board and use it as a snow board it only works on ice so where I live they don’t scrape.
