Over the years since television came into the world shows came out after months and years, but over that year, some shows got more attention than any other and that started the fandom on mainly shows that ”intrigued them” and that had started the fandom. Now I wonder how were they created and why they were, not just because they just like the show or movie. How were fandoms created and why people hate them?
From what I learned at first, Fandom is a word used to refer to a group composed of fans characterized by a feeling of empathy and chat with others who share a common interest. Fandom started in the last years of the 19th century and has become very popular or in the last few sentences ridiculed. There is no person who originally created the fandom. There are people that write fandoms for their own hobby. As for others they make items example: suits, now there are people who just do it because they have nothing else to do. Fandom has created from fan-fictions to man-made items. Fanon has grown and I think it will always grow, but in time it will simmer down, but like some groups in history they come back up.
Now you may ask what fan-fictions are, they are fictional stories made by fans of a particular fandom. Like book in a library or art made by a famous person, fan fictions are copy- write, which means no other fan of the fandom can’t make it their own story or use the character in the copy-write, unless the owner of the story allows the fan to use their characters or story’s.
