Why We Shouldn T Legalize Drugs

In the past four decades, the United Stated have been in constant battle to stop the war on drugs, but they have not realized yet that drugs are the gateway of making America stronger again. We spent over a trillion dollars over the years, fighting against the war on drugs and we annually spend 51 billion in the United States. Imagine what we can do with all that money if drugs was legalized. My goal is to convince you all that legalizing drugs would benefit us more than harm us. Drugs are often used to help relieve humans of their health conditions. Cigarettes are known to relieve stress and are legal yet it contains many harmful chemicals that can lead to lung cancer and other life-threatening health problems. A study was shown that 79700 citizens over the age of 35 died of smoking cigarettes. Alcohol is used recreationally and it is legal, but it is more harmful than drugs.
