Predominantly, autism is not a word that is to be used moderately. For example, you shouldn’t assume things or ask people if they are autistic. This is the case because of many reasons. The most paramount being that it is disrespectful to people who have the condition. This is because you are determining what it means to be autistic and you are judging a kid with autism. So if you say something or someone is autistic because they did something wrong that is not right because you are saying that autism is one thing however it’s completely different.
