Why We Shouldn T Animal Testing Be Banned

Imagine this: a human wakes up in a lab one day full of wires, tools, and unfamiliar objects. A scientist comes in poking and sticking him or her with needles for no reason. A few days later, this same human is sick, afraid, and dying. Would any moral human being let this act continue? The answer is no; however, humans let this go on everyday in the lives of innocent animals. The only solution is for people to raise awareness. Animal testing should be banned! The first reason why animal testing is deranged is because it is not always accurate. For example, animals and humans are immune to different diseases. What may not bother an animal could potentially harm a human. Also, products that are dangerous to animals could be helpful to humans. Think about it, how can a rat be the testing grounds for human products? If animal testing is inaccurate, scientist should perform other types of experiments. There are far better options to conduct rather than animal testing. Many people argue that animal testing is the only way to know if a product is healthy, but this is not true. These animals did nothing to deserve such cruel treatment. These innocent lives are being put in danger with no moral reasoning. Some are even killed because of the toxic products being put on their bodies or injected in them. Animals are not exactly like humans, but they do have feelings. No human could stand and watch this happen to another human, so why are we doing that for animals? They are aware of the pain they are being put through and they can not do anything to stop it.
With these three convincing arguments, there is no way any person with a heart could disagree. The cruelness of animal testing can be stopped. All it takes is one person to stand up and lead people with the same beliefs; be that person! Be that person who makes people realize that animal testing is not always accurate, not the best option, and

Animal testing has become one of a number of controversial issues because of the effects that it has on animals. Supporters of animal testing justify these effects because they believe that animal testing is the only way to find new cures for diseases. Research that has been done on this matter has proven it to be an ineffective way of finding cures. Furthermore, the reason why animal testing should not continue is because it leads to animals having psychological problems, dwindling of the number of endangered animals and cures that have been proven on animals do not work on people.…

Testing on animals is also a lot more expensive and non-practical than alternative methods. (Animals In). “Some people, including some scientists object to the practice strictly on ethical and moral grounds, refuting or rejecting any scientific evidence that animal testing is helpful to humans.” (Judson 12). However, groups opposing the cruel treatment of animals were influential in getting regulations passed to protect welfare of animals.…

There are many alternatives to animal testing and excuses need to stop being made to keep animal testing in business. It may seem like it is the only option, but there are so many new ways to do the exact same test in ways which do not involve animals at all. It is cruel and inhumane to keep animals in small cages and not only physically, but also mentally harm them. Artist Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “The time will come when men such as I will look upon the murder of animals as they now look on the murder of men.” The time for animals to be treated similarly to humans can be…

Also, plenty of these companies that test on animals claim to do it because there are requirement laws for it in other countries that they sell to (“About Cosmetic Testing”); if this is the case then these companies shouldn 't sell to those countries till new laws are passed. So on, there is no necessity to use animals for cosmetics testing, making it unethical and cruel to the animals. There should be more laws on testing on animals in the basis of cosmetics, but separate from…

A possible concern is that over 100 million animals- mice, rats, frogs, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, monkeys, fish, and birds- are used for research and experiments each year. These animals are forced to test poisoning for burning skin, toxicity testing, causing brain damage, and many other horrible tests. The innocent creatures are harmed and sometimes killed in the process. On the other hand, scientists are doing these many different types of tests to learn more about health problems that affect both humans and animals. Since animals are biologically related to humans, it makes them good research subjects.…

The reason they even do animal testing is because they think it'll be better than killing the person. However, animals are different than people; something could go wrong when they do the testing. They could react different than the human. There are many good reasons for this. One reason was stated in an article written by Ian Murnaghan which said, “The unfortunate aspect is that many of the animals receive tests for substances that never see approval, public consumption, or use.” On that account, it does not make sense to spend large amounts of money, not only once but several times to test products on animals that people would never use. By spending a lot of money on animal testing, it is killing animals and it is not fair that they have to suffer for people not to use the substance that harmed an innocent…

The biggest producers definitely need to stand up more to persuade and convince the other companies that they don’t need to go anywhere near an innocent animal for the testing of their products making everyone feeling positive if they know that nothing has been harmed in the making of the product also if you go look up animal testing and go on any website with polls the majority want it to be banned completely or banned in their country Many people have started to realise just how much barbaric us humans are treating the animals one of the stupidest arguments for animal testing is that animals don 't have rights they are a living things that have needs to survive just like humans, they need shelter, food, water, medication, freedom, a right to live animals are not for human enjoyment nor are they for harming or killing just for our wants if we keep killing animals because of pointless testing we could end up making some species…

This argument is totally wrong since animal testing often leads to breakthroughs to animals as well. If we didn 't do animal testing trillions of animals would have died already from many unknown diseases. But by doing animals testing we are saving ourselves and the animals. By testing the animals we could acknowledge them and see what diseases they have and offer an antidote to kill the diseases and making the animals live a long fruitful life. We the people have saved endangered species and put them in habitats where they can reproduce successfully.…
