Why We Should Start Later In School

Don’t you love waking up early in morning to attend school, still half asleep? I don’t and I guarantee nobody else loves it either. Waking up in the early in the morning and not getting enough sleep is a very bad practice and can affect focus and health. School starting early does not only internally affect you, it is also a total inconvenience many. This is why I strongly believe school should start later in the morning.

Waking up early in the morning to get to school at 9:00 AM is very inconvenient for students and teachers. If school started later it would be significantly more ideal for everyone, whether that would be students, teachers and also parents. Not having to rush in the morning would give you plenty of time to do all the morning

Waking up early in the morning and rushing to get to school, could produce deadly health related issues for students and teachers. One of the most deadly factors that connects to health issues is not eating breakfast in the morning. Many teachers and students rush in the morning, as a result of waking up late, and do not eat breakfast. Although not eating breakfast may not seem like a serious health issue, it truly is. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and research has shown skipping breakfast can result in health issues such as, diabetes, gasterosteus cancer, kidney failure, heart disease and many more fatal health issues. Eating breakfast is especially important for children and teens, as it helps them grow, and helps their brains develop. Another reason why school starting in the early morning could lead to health issues is because, as humans we are required at least seven hours of sleep each night, to fully re energize our body. But students and teachers lives are very busy and sometimes we have so much work, we can’t get that seven hours of sleep each night, which is crucial for our bodies. This is a very common issues in students and teachers, and lack of sleep could result in many health issues, one of the most common being sleep deprivation. Overall, making school start later would drastically change students and teachers
