Teens needs more time to sleep and if they do they can learn more and get better education. Teens do not get enough sleep because the school time starts too early for them and they do not have any energy to learn. Studies show that teen cannot go to sleep until they are tired. Until sometime around 9:30 to 11:00. Most teens do not get enough sleep and when it is the morning they cannot get up in time to eat there breakfast and they will affect their health and others. If school starts later in the day kids will now start up logger and they will not get any sleep if they do that. They will not learn anything if they stay up super late and they will just be sleeping in class. Should school starts later in the day because kids do not get enough sleep. According to the CDC, “Research has shown that teens who get too little sleep are more likely to be overweight or depressed, and they are more likely to perform poorly in school and to experiment with tobacco, alcohol and other drugs” (CDC page 1). In other words, “All the schools around the world should start school later in the day. The kids and teens can get more sleep and have energy to get through the day to learn and after, school activity.” …show more content…
It will take sometime to change the starting time for school because it will have to go though a lot of things and offices and it take months maybe longer years, that will be too late for the teens because half of them will be doing the things that is really bad for them. Why cannot they just make go to sleep earlier or just change the school ending time end it early and they will have more time for after, school activity, homeworks and go to bed on time. If the schools starts the time later in the day us parents will not be about to see them, make food for them or drive them to school because other people have to start out jobs
