The government has had scandal's from within.In 1974 people tried to steal top secret documents.These men were on president Nixon’s committee to re-elect the president. Nixon and his committee could have possibly known before it happened.After the scandal came out to the public’s eyes, President Nixon tried to cover it up.Nixon paid hush money to the burglars and tried to stop the FBI from investigating the crime. This looks very suspicious for Nixon and his committee. Why would he cover it up? Unless, he was involved.
