Why We Should Have Five Hours To Do School Work

Instead of having one day to make up their school work, we should have five days to do our work. With all the classes that they have students would feel like they are feeling rushed to do their work and they could feel stressed and if they feel stressed they wouldn't be able to focus on other things. If we get five more days to do our school work we don’t have to feel like we don’t have enough time to do it and if we have to do things after school then we could do that and not feel like we have to hurry just to do it. The stress level of HS students has rose over the last decades. It could lead to student’s depression , which is on the rise. They might have chores that they have to do when they get home, they might have to make dinner for the whole family, or something else that is more important than their homework. They barely have enough time to do their school work, or they need help and their family can’t help them so they have to do it in study skills: but they don’t have that till after the class they have the work do and then it will be late. …show more content…
At secondary level, students homework is associated with grade academic success. If they don’t do it well it will negatively impact success. They might be getting their work and going back to where they have to be and stay there for a while and while they are going there school work and dealing with whatever it is that made them not be able to be at school. I could take it to the principle and talk to him and have him understand why this should be changed, i could talk to the person who makes that announcement in the morning and see if they will put it in
