Abortion should be legal. Girls should have the choice to choose whether to keep the baby or end the pregnancy. The reason girls have the choice to end the pregnancy because what if the girl gets raped and the girls get pregnant by their rapist. A girl should be able to end the pregnancy and not keep the baby. She might be planning her education or career, and it might not be the right time to have a baby. Some girls won’t be mature enough to have a baby and some of them want their rights. To have A women’s right to choose abortion is a fundamental right (www.news24.com,P1). Making abortion illegal will increase teenage pregnancy, children having children. This usually leads to illegal abortion which can lead to death or permanent health defects, poverty, joblessness, hopelessness, and dependency (www.news24.com,P1). Plus girls can die while giving birth so the girls might think they might die while trying to give birth. Girls should have the choice to give birth or go the other way and the other way is abortion so here is another pro for abortion. Modern abortion procedures are safe. The risk of a woman’s death from abortion is less than one in 100,000, whereas the risk of a woman dying from giving birth is 13.3 deaths per 100,000 pregnancies (www.news24.com,P1). Sometimes girls can’t afford the baby because she might not have that good of a job to support a baby. Because what if the father to the baby leaves the girl. She will have to raise the baby with the little bit of money she gets from her paycheck. Some girls are not fit to be mother and some guys are not fit to be a father so that is when abortion comes into play. Abortion gives couples the option to choose not to bring babies with severe and life-threatening medical conditions to full term (www.news24,P1). Abortion are good for teenager so that it gives the teenager a choose so that teenager can say well I think I can be a parent or I am not fit to be a parent.
