George Washington Our First President of the United States was George Washington, he remains as one of the most influential and famous figures in American history. At age six, he started school but when he turned fifteen he dropped out school because he didn’t have enough money. He taught everybody at the time, for example he introduced to crop rotation. He had a wife her name was Martha. George Washington was a great man. He was the only president that went to battle with soldiers and fought for freedom.
