People commit crimes for various reasons. These various reasons got to do with social, economic, and cultural reason. These factors trigger an individual to do criminal activities. Social reasons are peer pressure, and school failure. Economic reasons are poverty. Cultural reasons are hatred. The combination of these factors is behind a person who commits crimes.
To start with, people commit crime because of social reasons. The social reasons are poor parenting skills, peer influence, drugs, and education failure. Poor parenting skills includes when children are neglected or abused. Also when there are parents who have a permissive or a neglecting style of parenting. Permissive style is when they have no control over their children

Hatred crimes include racism, personal, and religious reasons. There are people that are racist. People that are racist discriminate against the people that they don’t like. An example of this is when I was in middle there was some Hispanics and Africa-Americans that didn’t like each other. They fight all the times either in school or after school. One time the African-Americans beat my brother up because they thought he was in that little group. There are personal reasons too. There are people that don’t like what other people think or say. There are people that have problems with other people. There are people who have mental illnesses. People with mental illnesses don’t know the right from wrong. People like that don’t go to jail, but to a psychiatric place for help. There are religious reasons. There are people who have different religious beliefs. People who are religious think that abortion is a crime. There are also priest that abuse of children. These are some cultural reasons why people commit crime.
In conclusion, there are various reasons why people commit crimes. Some commit crimes because they want to. These various reasons got to do with social, economic, and cultural reasons.
