Why The Spooky: Can We Get Mad?

Shyness awakes cold and worried. He looks around at the others in the room. They all sleep, so he lays in his bed waiting and waiting. He doesn’t want to wake them up, that would be embarrassing. What if they got mad? Shyness is the last to get to the dinner table. He arrives to find his bowl of cereal already served; however, he only finds a fork nearby to eat. Stuck in his little world of fright, he eats as best as he can with the fork because asking for a spoon was just too difficult. Given that he had a large family, he was always the last one to use the bathroom because everyone wouldn't even notice him standing in line.
When they arrived at school, all the other kids from the same family ran to meet their friends, but Shyness avoided people and went to the bench behind a building to read his novel. In the classroom, he was that one student that had the A and everyone wondered who that grade

During lunch, he never went to the lunch lines because of how many people were there. Instead, he'd go meet with his best friend, the bench, and eat a packed lunch from home.
In the afternoon, all the boys would get home and play or eat, but not him. He rushed to his bed and slept given that it was his only comfortable situation. Shyness always did his homework because he imagined how terrible he would feel getting humiliated by the teacher. For Shyness, it was too much to ask of him to hold a full conversation with his parents. He never attended family reunions in the living room because his family was basically the set of judges from an entertainment show and he was the participant. Criticism was his biggest nightmare, and socializing was his side-kick.
Shyness slept at night, only to relieve the stress of a day that felt like his last. He knew that the next day was going to be the same, so he slept cold and scared just
