Why The Great Wars Began In 1918

According to John nowa a documentary writer “The great wars started in 1914 and ended in 1918.” The methods during the war were using gas grenades in trenches or guns or explosives. The gass was considered a cheap tactic to both sides of the war. Even so they still used these methods in order to defeat the enemy. They also used methods with warplanes and tanks and other vehicles like it. These are what methods they used during the war. First, when it is this is something that might happen with future wars this is one from the past in July 28, 1914 to November 11, 1918. This all started when Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated, a month later Austria-Hungary declared war on serbia making the first world war. It was with guns and grenades to gas. The gas was not to powerful killing few amounts of people then grown into a fearful attack. It killed more than nine million soldiers and five million civilians. “Both sides of the war agreed that gas was a cowardly attack,”(Steven Mintz 1). It choked, suffocated them killing them. The gas was chlorine mostly used in enemy trenches. Altho it is not deadly used in water, it is very deadly in the air. It is hard to cure since you cannot see the gas in someone or in the air.
