I believe that if funds are needed by the American Government, it can be found. To me, it seems as though there are things that are of higher importance. Are they putting the Military and wars over the sacred Education System? The military section of the Fiscal Year Budget of the U.S. Government informs that in 2015, the budget was set at $586 billion. Alarmingly, it was at an all time high of $714 billion in 2010. On seeing this, it makes me consider if approximately 80 billion dollars is enough to provide the adequate needs of the students while at school. Why are the simplest necessities as proper plumbing, heating and cooling are not provided. How can it be expected that a child can perform at their optimum level when they are learning in dilapidated buildings? This means that not only are we jeopardizing these children’s education, we are also putting their health at risk. It is hard to disagree that the health of the children is not essential. It seems as if they are pretending to not know that the conditions of the schools would have a great impact on a child’s
