Not having to pay for textbooks because it is already included in the tuition is amazing because the student knows that they are covered in most, if not all, of the college fees and dues once tuition is paid either out of pocket or with scholarships. That means that the student does not have to pick which books to get for their classes because they do not have enough money to get all the books. The answer is appeal; it makes the college attractive than the others, thus bringing in more business along with money because the cost of having “free” textbooks is included. The students will be willing to pay a higher tuition since the worry about the books is eased. This will also be a great marketing tool since everything is up front in costs since high school students and people going back to school might let the costs of books slip their minds because of events happening in their daily lives. Students that attend the Chattahoochee Tech will also spread the word about it having “free” textbooks, increasing the credibility to the school and raising its attractiveness when compared with the other colleges in the area. This benefits all, the school makes money and the students get their textbooks improving their education since they have most, if not all, of their resources to succeed in their classes, along with the additional benefit that Chattahoochee Tech will see improvements in academics since the students can focus on their classes instead of being distracted because of worries, such as lacking books due to one reason or
