Why Teachers Aren T Paid?

Teachers are hard working people, who spend time working to teach children and teens. But there is one problem, they aren't paid as much as they should be. Being a teacher takes planning and time out of their day. A teacher also has to deal children that are hard headed and disobedient. Teachers aren't paid enough for how much they put time and effort into their job.

A teacher is hard working and puts a lot of effort into their job. They plan day and night preparing for the next of school and their class. Some might say that a teacher is easy and all up have to do is know your subject. But know ing your subject takes knowledge and studying. Also to being a teacher takes going to college and getting a degree.

A teacher is like a parent at school. They take care of children, they teach them, and discipline them. Some people say that teachers just have rules, and if you follow the rules your okay with the teacher. Yes, it's true that a teacher sets rules but those rules are so that the class doesn't get out of control. If the class were to get out of control the teacher gives them a punishment. For example they could send you to the principle or give a note to give to your parents to sign and there are more.

Teachers are paid an average of about 25-37,500 annually. If you just started your career as a teacher you get paid around 20-25,500. Teachers should be paid more, because they teach children. Not only do they teach kids they inspire them and show them that they could have any job as long as they work hard and
