I think that teacher’s private lives should remain as private and away from their professional lives as they can manage. Yet I do not think it is right for a principal or office worker to act any differently to a teacher’s personal life. Any individual has the right to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” so if a teacher is fired or asked to resign due to sexual orientation, personal beliefs, or religion it is wrong and I do not believe that is constitutionally right. Therefore teacher’s lives should not be placed under any more public examination than the lives of other professionals.

I also believe that corporal punishment can, and will, have a negative impact on any student regardless of age and gender. Any corporal punishment should be dealt with the students guardians depending on their misbehaviors.
Chapter Nine:
2) The differences between the explicit, the implicit, and the null curriculum is that they all work around the teaching subject differently. The explicit curriculum works with the curriculum found in textbooks, curriculum guides, as well as other planned formal educational experiences. While the implicit curriculum deals with unstated and sometimes unintended aspects of the curriculum. Finally the null curriculum avoids topics left out of the course of study.
4) The federal government influences curriculum through its legislative mandates as well as through the programs its supports financially. Such as the “National Defense Education Act” and the “No Child Left Behind Act”

In designing an effective classroom management system, one has four primary goals. To create a positive classroom climate, to create a community of learners, to develop learner responsibility, and finally to maximize time and opportunities for learning.
