Driving while using a handheld cellphone is extremely dangerous and should not be allowed anywhere. While some people may think that it is okay to use cellphones while driving, they do not put into account the high risks that come from using a cellphone while driving. It is very important that people do not use their cellphones while driving for the safety of everyone else. I agree with the law some states have made that makes it illegal to drive while using a handheld cellphone because it distracts you from the primary thing you should be focusing on while driving, the road, it is extremely dangerous, and people are more likely to get in an accident while using a handheld cellphone on the road. Being a driver, you have full responsibility of what happens when you're in the vehicle.
